Whoever missed the Cap’n Jazz reunion show in Brooklyn this past Sunday (like me), shouldn’t feel too bad. The original location was shut down by the rain, they had to move the show to a nearby club with a much lower capacity, leaving most of the attendees without seeing them live.

Later that night, they played a secret show at Maxwell’s in Hoboken, NJ. Go here to download the whole set.

By the way, I noticed they actually have some pretty funny goals to accomplish:

1. A perfect square pit (we dont even know if this has ever been attempted)
2. The worlds first Circle Pit conga line

Get there early, I predict a bunch of nostalgia filled pop-punk-rockers in attendance.

Legendary Miami punk band Glasseater has been on hiatus for over 5 years, but finally their closing chapter is happening on July 31st at Churchill’s Pub. Check the facebook invite for more info.
