Tomorrow, Tuesday March 23rd at Revolution in Fort Lauderdale, catch Alkaline Trio and Cursive.
Alkaline Trio, no strangers to South Florida at all, will be headlining the gig in support to their latest release on Epitaph Records. Honestly, I’m more fan of their pre-eyeliner era rather than their latest releases, especially that album released on Sony was horrible, and believe me, I’m aware those changes happen a lot but It’s kinda hard for me since ‘Goddammit’ (1998) is one of my favorite records.

On the other hand, Cursive has a very distinctive sound and energy, it’s somehow reminiscent of the post-hardcore DC sound but mainly it’s got some dark oriented indie-rock, looking forward to see them for the first time.
